Unfortunately, on Saturday last the weather caused the Dubs Stars game to be postponed, no date re-fixed yet. Our Dubs Stars (hurling) Chris Crummey, Johnny McCaffrey, Eoghan O’Conghaile, Kevin O’Reilly and footballers Brendan Galagher and Emmett O Conghaile will have to wait for another day to showcase their skills.

The excesses of Christmas and New Year are behind us, so starts Operation Transformation. Lucan Sarsfields in association with SDCC Sports Partnership are participating with registration Thursday 7:30pm at the club, all welcome.

The last few tables are on offer for “Lucan Sarsfields Leopardstown Leaps”. This event is on Sunday January 17th. A four course dinner followed by a superb day of national hunt racing. For further details contact Eoin on 0862734114. This is an ideal corporate gift!

Date for the diary - Saturday 6th February will be the Clubs Annual Awards Night.

Cards will resume 9pm Friday 8th next.

Monday Nights “Cupla Focal” resumes on January 11th.  

Bingo will resume Wednesday week 13th January.

There was one winner of this week’s €11,000 Lotto draw, numbers were 7, 11, 14 and 22.  Congratulations to Padraig O’Driscoll. Lotto sponsor was O’Grady Hearing Care Services. Next week’s jackpot is €1,000, and the draw will be managed by team Hugh McGonigle on Sunday night.
