Many thanks to all the Teams who sent in match reports this weekend.  Full details can be found on our website www.lucansarsfields.ie over 1500 players in action in the last week across all 4 codes from age 7 to 40+!

Many thanks to everyone who supported our Centra Griffeen Family Fun Day.

Our Senior Hurlers had an excellent win over Balinteer to reach the Championship ½ Final.  The Minor A footballers continued their great start to the Championship round robin with a win over Lusk.  Our Senior 1 Camogie Team overcame a stern Naomh Mearnog challenge in their recent Championship game.

Our Senior Footballers start their Championship campaign against Castleknock on Wed 30th Sept 7:30 in Monastery road. 

The Cupla Focal Club will start again on Monday October 5th at 8pm for beginners and we will have a conversation session at 9pm for one hour. Failte roimh gach duine. If you would like to attend email your name to mograda48@gmail.com. There is no fee but a small donation to Nagarhope would be appreciated.

The Golf Society are having their Captain’s Day at Luttrellstown Golf Club next Saturday. Our Captain’s Dinner will be at 8pm[ 3 course for €30]. Please feel free to join us for the meal and a sing song afterwards. If you intend coming please contact our Captain Mick O’Hara at 0872470271.

Set Dancing resumes in Lucan Sarsfields GAA Club on Wed 7th Oct at 8.30pm.  All welcome.

 

Lucan Sars Bingo Wednesday 30th Sept free tea and coffee - €10 per book 8.30pm start.

The Lucan Sarsfields GAA Club 25 Card Drive resumes on Friday 16th October 2015 and will continue to May 2016 in the Clubhouse Bar.  Date: Friday 16th October, Time: 9.00pm Sharp 1st Prize:

 

2007 Girls Mentors and Parents â€œRunamuck” with Arthur.  On the 17th October 2015 some of our brave Mentors and Parents will take on the â€œ5K Runamuck Challenge” to help raise funds for our Club and our 2007 Girls Football and Camogie Teams.  Prior to this Challenge, on Saturday night 10th October,  we are hosting our Annual Fundraising Night from 9 pm in Lucan Sarsfields.  This promises to be a great night out with music from local band ARTHUR.  Spot Prizes and Raffles on the night, All Welcome.

 

The Club Shop is open on Thursday’s 7:30pm to 8:30pm and Saturday’s from 10:30am to 1:30pm.  Lucan District

There was no winner of this week’s €4,000 Lotto draw numbers were 4, 11, 25 and 27.  This week’s jackpot is €4,500 Diamond and Gem Jewelers are sponsoring with Josephine Donohue’s Team in charge.
