Just to keep everybody informed and of course look for help etc….

We are actively working on this year’s Fundraisers which is 'The Kube'.  This is now taking place in Westmanstown Conference & Events Centre on Friday the 5^thJune 2015.  Posters and signage will be going up around the club this week to raise the profile and get the energy levels up for this fantastic night.  It is our intention to have a launch night and introduce all the contestants very soon and we will ask all club members to support this night.  

This has been a very successful event around the locality – Leixlip, Castleknock etc.  For this to be a success for Lucan Sarsfield’s we need the support of our club members and local community with ticket sales and hopefully further afield for sponsorship and advertisement.

The initial asks we have are:

1.       Get all the teams informed of 'The Kube' fundraiser and get it promoted as much as possible.

2.       Ask all players to participate and / or lend a hand to the different committees that are involved in this.

3.       Ask all players to assist with Advertisement sales / sponsorship etc..

4.       Ask all players to help and support the fundraising that the 40 contestants will be having over the next 6 weeks.

We need to get game sponsors @ €300, full page sponsors @ €200 and half page sponsors @ €100.  We are also looking for 2 main event sponsors @ €750.  If any of you have a sponsor or know a player that would sponsor (or have the ability to get an employer to sponsor) any of the above can you please come back to any of the sponsorship committee.  Just one thing to bear in mind, if anyone is contacting a local company for sponsorship, please check with the Kube Sponsorship Committee before making contact to make sure they have not already been contacted by us.
