Lucan Sarsfields 4-2  Thomas Davis 0-4

A nice cool dry morning with the faintest of wind, and then Camogie U11's face off against each other to brighten the day. Our first match in Wilsbrook and it was worth waiting for. The two teams were in full flight from the start.

The Lucan teams demonstrated that these players have been working hard to get ready for this season, Thomas Davis are known for producing some great games and they delivered.

It wasn't long before Lucan began scoring down to some clinical defensive clearances that turned into attack. We managed to keep the challengers at bay for long periods of the game only allowing them to score from frees and long range.

All together it was a good solid display, but what was telling was how the players worked hard together.
