Lucan Sarsfields GAA Club is taking part in Run4Pieta 2021. Starting at 6pm on Friday 18th June, Lucan Sarsfields GAA Club members, will walk, run or cycle for 48 hours consecutively, until 6pm on Sunday 20th June. 100% of funds raised will go directly to Pieta.

Congratulations to Ali Twomey, Laura Quinn and Emma Flanagan, all named on the Dublin Senior Camogie squad for 2021, and also to Aoibheann Stokes, Clara Finn and Millie Hughes, who made the squad on Niall Dalys’ Dublin U16 Camogie Panel. Congratulations also to our senior footballing trio, Mark Lavin, Colm Walsh and Luke Curran, all of whom were named in the Dublin u20 squad for 2021. We wish them all the best of luck.

Summer Camps

We are pleased to again offer Summer Camps in association with club sponsor Keane Windows & Doors. 

There will be 3 Club camps this year for those age 5 to those turning 12 this year. Each camp is from 10am to 2 pm, Monday to Friday,

Our adult teams resume games from next Monday, 7 June, when the senior footballers take on Clontarf in a challenge game in Clontarf. In the camogie leagues, the seniors are away to St Judes on Tuesday while the Junior 3’s are also away to Round Towers with the Junior 4's home to Commercials. Wednesdays Ladies football cup sees our three adult teams, (another first first for Lucan Sarsfields) the intermediates away to Ballinteer, and Junior A and B at home to St Annes and St Finians respectively. On Thursday 10th the camogie leagues continue with the intermediates away to Crumlin and the Junior 5’s away to Naomh Mearnog. 

It is important to note, that from June 7th, in line with current restrictions, a maximum of 100 persons are permitted to attend games, subject to conditions (see website for details). This is in addition to players, team personnel, stewards or media attendees.  It is likely that from July 5th, up to 200 spectators may be permitted to attend games, and up to 500 may be permitted in grounds with a minimum capacity of 5,000. However this will depend on progress in broader society – if these increases are to be permitted, we will advise in advance of July 5th.

The LDCU Academy take place on Saturday mornings for boys and girls aged between 4 and 7. Pre-registration is essential, scan the code or see website for details.

12th Lock Café is open from 6pm-8pm weekdays and weekend mornings when training is taking place.

The Club Shop is open Thursdays 7-9pm and Saturdays 10am to 1pm.
