Lucan Sarsfields Club Notes Monday 12th of December 2016

December 11, 2016

Christmas Draw is well underway and thanks to those who answered the call for early sales. Tickets should now be widely distributed. This years draw has a €2,000 first prize and we need maximum support. Draw takes place on Thursday 22nd of December.

Santa visited the Academy on Saturday last, hundreds of our youngest members enjoyed their visits and early gifts. Parents were able to enjoy the new coffee facility at the club, and hopefully that will be as exercised as our players.

Plans are still being finalised for events on St Stephens day, full details to follow, but it will include some games and entertainment in the coming months.

Interested in Hurling with Lucan Sarsfields? Have you recently moved to Dublin and particularly the Lucan or surrounding area or do you know anyone who has. Are you looking to transfer / play hurling with a top hurling club?. If so we would love to hear from you . We field teams in Division 2, 4 and 8. Please contact the clubs hurling co-ordinator Joe Whyte on 086 8062480. I can help with the the transfer process.

On the Camogie front, congratulations to Emer Keenan and Emma O’Flynn on making the Dublin  Premier Junior National League Panel for 2017.
