Senior Hurlers lost out to Cuala in the championship semi final. The 0:13 to 0:07 final score line hides what was a tense game with both sides missing chances.
Senior Football are up against St Vincents in the championship quarter final. That game is scheduled for 8:15pm, Thursday next in Parnell Pk.
Ladies intermediate Football (pictured) are the Adult team that brought silverware home to the club this weekend seeing off Templeogue Synge St to win the div 3 cup.
Minor Hurling lost to St Vincents in their championship semi final. Lucan led 2:03 to 0:06 after a half where they had the advantage of a strong wind, that lead was probably not enough as Vincents won out 1:14 to Lucan's 2:07.
On the juvenile side there was much more success over the weekend. U14A Ladies Football overcame St Brigids to claim the division 1 championship. U13B Ladies Football won their Championship while the U15A hurling won their shield.

'Staidéar agus Spórt' was the title that the steering committee of Seaghan à Lanagáin, Michael O'Grady, Fergal Walsh and Séamus Clandillon gave to a career's morning on Saturday for Minor players heading into Leaving Cert. The three hour session saw 16 speakers talk through their own career paths, choices made, career changes and much more. It covered the area of Sports Science, Technology, Engineering, Apprenticeships, Teaching, Nursing, Public Service and Accounting. It was like having a years worth of career guidance packed into three hours. The committee will definitely see demand for a repeat.
