The death has occurred of John Twomey, brother of Jerome Twomey Snr and uncle to Jerome, Mark and Elaine. 

TWOMEY (Laherdane, Whites Cross, Cork) On August 8th 2016, following an accident, JOHN dearly loved husband of Geraldine (née O'Riordan), loving father of Niall, Sean and Ellen, beloved son of Willie and Liz, dear brother of Jerry, Olive, Lilian, Billy, Barry, Valerie, Eileen and Audrey. Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, father-in-law Tom, mother-in-law Mary, aunts, uncle, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends. Reposing at Barry Bros Funeral Home,Hazelwood ,Glanmire on today Wednesdayfrom 4.30 pm until prayers at 7.00pm followed by removal to St.Oliver's Church,Ballyvolane.Requiem Mass at 12.00 noon on Thursday. Funeral afterwards to St.Catherine's Cemetery, Kilcully. Family flowers only please. "May he rest in peace"
